I hava a 2006 Fleetwood with 30,000 miles.Ive been told the rear stableizer bushings are bad and need to be replaced, thats why it is leaning to the pass side.Any info would be helpful. Thanks
My 2001 motorhome has leaned to the right since day one. No problems, no unusual tire wear, tracks dead-on straight, everything seems just fine. I was told the reason(s) was the kitchen and all that weight are on the passenger side. I was told that is a common "problem" with the Ford F-53 frame as far as motorhomes go. I put new Bilstiens on it about 5 years ago...no change in the lean.
Fixes: Extra leaf spring. Air bags. As for me, with no problems....I choose to simply leave it alone. BTW...the lean measures about 1.5 inches. Why worry?
Weak rear leaf springs. Easily reworked usually adding an extra leaf. I have had it done twice on 2 different class A's, once on a P30 and once on my current F53 on my 2000 HR Endeavor Gasser.
Cost was around $600 both times. Made a difference on the handling on the F53 (36 ft) but not so much on the P30 (31 ft) chassis. It eliminated the swaying that occurred when hitting dips, low spots and uneven driveway entries at gas stations and etc....
How bad is the lean? Is your driveway perfectly level? I would take it to a level parking lot and measure the ride height from left to right front to back and see if it is within spec. If not then get all 4 corners weighed and if you have more weight on one side shift some to the other side, if not then beef up the leaf springs.
That seems kinda unsafe. What if you have to make an emergency correction to the left. If you already leaning to the right that seems to put you in a position to roll easier.
MY rv is a 2006 Fleetwood 37c with 30,000 miles, the difference in the lean is 4-5 in. pass side 5 in lower then drivers side,22000 chassis, front axel 7026,rear14620.full gas,1/2 water.loaded like we travel.when i make a left hand turn the rt ft dips bad.

Looking at your floor plan, I suspect the right side is quite a lot heavier: Both galley slide (weight of slide plus appliances, plus cabinet, plus your stuff) and bedroom slide are on the right side.
Have you weighed the 4 corners-- if so, what are weights?
Has it always leaned or is this new.
Speculating that the answer will be to add a leaf/spacer to the low side, assuming nothing worn or broken.
