Leaving tow bars attached to motorhome for flat towing

We are fairly new to the motorhome crowd. Do most of you who flat tow leave the tow bars attached to your MH? I see many in the storage yard who do, minus the wires and cables. Of course most are prob...

Mine stays on. I use locking pins plus anti-rattle, bolted on clamps. Sat in a camp ground for five months, the rest of the time in our secure (what really is?) rented, covered spot. I have a Blue Ox cover over the tow bar for protection.
