We were looking at going in June, after all the snowbirds have long left and were willing to work with us to keep our costs where we needed them to be. We were wanting to stay there for the convenience. As Effy said, remember you are there to go to Legoland, not for nature camping.
BTW, not sure ages of GKids, but I think Legoland is really focused on elementary age children. Unless the are Lego "freaks" like my 24 yr old, I don't think there is a lot to hold interest of older kids.
I would agree, but as an adult I have to admit, it was a blast!
