Class C forum may give you the answers you are looking for. We have owned two Leisure Travel Vans built on the older Dodge chassis. All the new Vans are built on the Sprinter 1 ton dually chassis now. That is why they are classed as a"C". Their quality of work is excellent, and having known a few owners of the newer models, their drivability is excellent as well. We went from a 5th wheel to the Van in order to be more mobile, and in your case the move may be the answer for your situation. We have have not regreted the move to a "B", and I am sure you would get a lot of enjoyment out of a larger Class "B" or a sprinter size "C".
