Karl, are you talking about the circle bubble level on the leveling system? If so, it may not be correct, as it is adjustable with the 3 mounting screws. Use an actual 24", or longer building level to check the MH level. The best place is usually just in front of the entry door. If you have a front entry, try to find a place half way between the leveling jacks to check for level. Once you are sure the MH is level, you can adjust the leveling system level to match. The system level can be moved by just placing you hand on the top of it, as I have done before, and had to figure out what was wrong, as the bubble level showed the front passenger side very high. All the doors acted like it was level so looking at the bubble level from the side, at about eye level, I found the back outside screw was about 1/8" above the bubble mount. Just lightly lifted it with my finger and all was well. Just say-in.
