Thanks everyone for the comments. I will be meeting with the tech to see what was found and what is recommended. A Second opinion is a great idea, however lining one up is difficult. This is busy season around here and it has taken almost three weeks to get this opinion. I am getting really jaded with service centers already. This is the second National recognized center that this unit has been to. The first one replaced the motor without checking to see if the less expensive solenoid was providing power to it. not impressed. They couldn't get the solenoid for three weeks. Took me three days to order, receive and install.
