The side radiator is a GOOD thing..wish I had one and eventually we will have one..The electric jacks were a pain to many people those years..the issue is that the water would get past the rubber insulating boot and short them out...The answer was a better rubber insulating kit which supposedly took care of the problem...You could call Newmar about that or Atwood who I think made them....The Tiffin forum or the Fleetwood Discovery boards have lots of information on this issue and the kit to rectify it...you might even be able to search this board..
