I sat for two months in an RV park over the winter with the jacks extended and that was outdoors - sometimes in the rain. It shouldn't hurt to leave them extended indoors at all.
On my older motorhome, when it was about 10 years old, I blew one of the hydraulic hoses. At first I thought it was something I did to cause that. Then I talked with others that had the same vintage as mine and found out they had leaking hoses replaced also so I now feel like it was the age of the hose.
