I just took laser level reading of the estimated positions of all 4 wheels when the Goergetown will be in my driveway. Right Front 25”, Left Front 27.75”, Right Rear 27.5” and Left Rear is 30.5”. Adjusting these readings by 25” to put Right Front on the ground at 0”, Left Front is 2.75 inches lower, Right Rear is 2.5 inches lower, and I think the main issue is that the Left Rear is 5.5 inches lower than the Right Front.
My plan is to only create ramps for the left side. The left front would be 2.25 inches, 2 by ?s with ¾ plywood on top. The left rear would be a pair of 2 by ?s cross hatched for strength
Once on these ramps the Left front would only be about a half inch low, and both rear tires would be 2.5 inches low.
I’m sure that my sporadic leveling issues were due to the 5.5 inch difference between the right front and left rear.
Does anyone feel that the rear being 2.5 inches lower with the ramps would be a factor in auto leveling?
