We have HWH Kick-Down jacks sloppily installed for the original owners by CW. One snags on the transmission crossmember and a bracket for another cut a hole in a holding tank. Mechanically the HWH work well. The problem I have is that they're Kick Down. The controller requires the jacks to deploy and retract in pairs. Both Fronts, or Both Left, or Both Right or Both Rears. One will often extend before it kicks down, but the other has kicked down, extended, and maybe reached the ground. Retract to try again and the one that kicked down before now won't. I end up laying on a mat with my awning rod pulling a jack to the vertical position, not what you expect from an expensive accessory. I also believe the pivots don't allow the stiffness that Direct Acting Jacks afford. Our jacks will level the coach but they don't leave it all that steady. Part of the issue is that the Class C frame is narrow so the jacks aren't out at corners. Our HD sway bars (Hellwig) do more to steady the coach than the jacks did before I installed the bars.
From what I see, HWH and BigFoot are both good, but I'd want Direct Acting.
