I have the Lexington 270 GTS 2006 and love it. I’m the original owner and have had no significant issues with the motorhome. I haven’t had an issue with slide leaking or anything like that. I think the only issue I did have was a minor adjustment on the pantry slide out rack, but that is it. I did change out the TV to a newer slimmer and lighter TV though. All in all, I’ve found it to be a great RV. As long as you keep up with the maintenance (as with any RV) it should hold up great. Mine still looks like new. Fuel mileage could be improved, but what I get is expecte for a V-10 E-450.
