We towed an '01 TJ with a 4" suspension lift for something close to 100,000 miles over 13 years. We ran 33x12.5R15 tires for most of that time. We had to use a 4" inverted drop receiver to keep the tow bar level. I found I needed to rotate the tires frequently to avoid tire cupping. We used a US Gear auxiliary brake in the Jeep and Blue Ox base plate and tow bar. I'd also strongly recommend a TPMS that covers the MH and tow.
