Linear Logic LLC - ScangageII
About 3yr. ago I sent my ScangageII back to the manufacturer to be updated. On the way home from Arizona I plugged the unit in and set it up to indicate the 4 gages I wanted. After operating for about 30 min. the unit shutdown. Subsequent tries gave only about 6-10 minutes operating time before shutting down.
This year 2016 we are back in Arizona again. I contacted Linear Logic LLC by email and explained the problem and they said send it to their repairs division and they would take care of it.
They received the unit on a Tuesday a.m. and I had the unit back on Thursday p.m. (2days) with no charge. An enclosed note indicated that they had replaced the Display and the Circuit Board, and, also updated it to the latest program(4.22). A new owners/users manual 6.2 was also included in the package.
