Liquid glass question

I recently met a fellow rver that had a beautiful 2006 motorhome. After talking to him I found out that he used a product called liquid glass. It is available at auto zone . I read the directions and it states that it is very important to remove all wax before applying liquid glass.

Has anyone used this product and what did you think? Also how did you remove all the wax? Not sure if I am going to try this product but it does look interesting. Any information would be appreciated.

    WHAT, car wax not for sale in California,. what is it made from ??

    There's a ton of products not available in CA. I got real tired of that, MOVED OUT! We're in good ole' AZ now. I can get it here.

    Been using Liquid Glass for a few years now
    But never in California

    1972 Chevy Blazer looks great with original paint job
    LG has been on it for about 3 years and still cleans up good
    Only problem is that the Blazer's paint color is Baby P#$% Yellow

    Sorry not sure about the need to totally remove the wax before applying the LG - I never did

    Wonderful stuff - give it a try

    You can't buy Liquid Glass car wax in California??

    I'm with Fire Up. I'm moving to Arizona. To heck with California.
    I''ll make certain my California retirement checks get forwarded to Arizona!!

    Wash several times with Dawn liquid dish soap. And you will probably get just as good of results polishing with Nu Finish Liquid Car Polish. It is highly rated one of the best on this forum and in Consumer Reports for a lasting finish.

    Perhaps not, but the Amazon listing for Liquid Glass has 244 five star reviews out of 272 total, 16 of the difference are four stars.
