KPruitt......If you extend your large slide and look underneath, you'll see a stop that prevents it from going to far out and one that stops in from going to far in. The stop for what you want is going to be inside one of your bays. It's a bolt with a nut. Loosen the nut and move the bolt. Operate the slide and see if this solves your issue.
The large slide is run from one motor, through a transmission and out to a pair of drive shafts running in opposite directions from the transmission. On one of the drive shafts there are two zinc plates about the size of a silver dollar. These plates "clock" the slide so that both ends come in evenly. If after adjusting the bolt, the one end still doesn't want to come in, you may have to adjust this "clock" so that the one shaft is timed with the other.
