Looking at a 2015 Itasca Sunstar 30T Any Advice??

We have a Navion C class, which we love, but not enough room. We are looking at a 2015 Itasca Sunstar 30T. great deal. I've read about the handling issues. which I'm concernted about. One good thing...

I have a Sunstar 35f and have done the cheap handling fix and pull a Toyota rav4 on a dolly and have no issues. I have driven trucks all my life as a heavy eqt operator and I think it drives fine.
