Looking for 2 inch receiver adapter for Bike Rack

Do they make an adapter that will slide over the square tubing tongue of the tow bar that has an additional 2 inch receiver for a bike rack. I know they make a double receiver, but I'd rather not a...

The dual 2 inch hitch adapter can be purchased at harbor freight cheaper than anywhere else. I have used one for 5 years on MH with the Swagman X2 rack. One of my better purchase in my life time
