I wanted full access to the bedroom while traveling. Most trips involve overnight stops where putting slides out is not always an option (truck stops, rest areas, etc.) I do have the 14' dinette couch slide that creates space once we reach our final destination but does not limit full use of everything when it is in.
I decided to go to a MH so that everything was accessible during travel. Otherwise I would have stayed with a trailer or FW and had a thicker wallet:)
