Checked the guage for the air filter, it's ok.
Took the mh for a check ride and it seems like the turbo is not spooling up like it should.
The guage shows only about 25 lbs. there before it would run past 30 lbs. on acceleration, when the transmission is in 3rd gear or higher.
Time to take her into Cummins West and let them check things out.
