As a single RVer, my first RV was a Roadtrek "B" on a Dodge chassis. I fell in love with everything doing double duty. Bed/Dinette, Toilet/Closet, Kitchen/Shower. Converting everything at least once a day became a pain. If I wanted to see anything in an area where I stopped, I had to pack everything up and hope that my site was still empty when I returned. In my travels, it was too tall to fit in a parking garage and too long to park on a metered street, which meant I had to find two empty spots next to each other and feed two meters. Because it was underpowered for the extra weight, even going up a slight grade would cause the speed control to quit if the speed dropped 5 MPH.
The last straw - There was a recall for a bad universal joint. It was still under warranty. Dodge would fix the recall but wanted me to pay the cost for removing the fresh water tank under the drive train. Roadtrek wouldn't pay because nothing that they added was broken. Just in the way. So I paid. Then I traded for my current Fleetwood 'C'.
