As for your other points about a B, I keep asking my wife if she's tired yet of making up and tearing down the bed every day. There definitely is a price to pay for the increased mobility but so far, at 22', parking has not been an issue.

in a small vehicle things having to do double-duty is a given.I've looked at your pursuit in the past(they've been around for 2 years) and i find them a quality vehicle.
However the east/west bed is an issue that the wife and i have been thru and we are going to avoid it again.
we find that the crawling over in the middle of night is the one thing we can't stand.
