As for your other points about a B, I keep asking my wife if she's tired yet of making up and tearing down the bed every day. There definitely is a price to pay for the increased mobility but so far, at 22', parking has not been an issue.

What we do, as we have the electric couch/bed too is we have two Roots warm, sleeping bags with sewn sheets inside. We can zip them together but we like the two bed config rather than one big bed. We just roll them up and put them in the overhead so, it is like 1 minute or less to make up or 'undress' the beds. We like the couch and ottomans at the back where we watch tv etc. I have a foldup tripod table for the swivel passenger seat and use that table outside for mealtimes or drinkies.
