Thanks to all for the opinions and ideas. Since I am the OP, I thought I would just toss out my opinion on the B, B+, C discussion that this has become. I like the RIVA definitions. They seem pretty clear cut for most situations. Vehicles labeled B+ by the industry have more in common with the C vehicles than B. If the over cab bunk is all that differentiates C from B+, perhaps they should be labeled a C- instead since they share everything else in common with a C.
I'll report back when we decide and get our next vehicle, although it may take a while til I get around and see what I have to choose from.
