- LobstahExplorerPaul and Sue,
Just googled them. There was a post from here that came up, not exactly a glowing recommendation. More and more, it looks like replacement is the only solution?

Gary,
Glad you posted that. I'm having the same issue...started with passenger front, and I saw the rear bedroom "escape hatch" doing the same thing on our last trip out. I posted in the main forum but never received a response from anyone. We CAN'T be the only ones experiencing this? And there has to be a way to get in there with something...can't see replacing the whole window.

Jim,
we also are having the same problem with seven of our windows. Have been reading a lot of good things about www.suncoastdesigners.com fixing the problem. They are in Florida and we are in Ohio now and might go down that way to get them repaired. - LobstahExplorerWell...there you go. Another reason not to try it.
Jim - Fyr_guyExplorerThe warning at the bottom of the link says not to use on tempered glass? Automotive glass is tempered.
- LobstahExplorerWell...it's definitely NOT "...all over the web." lol, and I'd be amazed if Fleetwood actually made their own windows. I'm sure they were made by a company that supplies many RVs and other types of vehicles. I did fine some references to "Defogging" procedures. Mine isn't exactly a fog, it's just that the inside of the windows between the two panes appears to have some sort of film inside. I thought about taking it out, drilling a small hole, and partially filling with a window cleaner, then draining, but I'm not convinced that would get it out/off.
In fact...just found this procedure on the web:
Cleaning inside dual pane windows

We have had the same problem. I have a friend at work who has a 2005PA who said they are experience it as well. She also mentioned that it is a global issue with the PA and there is some sort of class action lawsuit going on (??. Not sure, as I havent investigated it on the web.... she said if you do a search its all over the web.
Anyway she said she found a fix for it. Her husband bought it online... she said you drill a small hole and put this stuff from the kit. Ill have to find out whats its called and Ill post it.
Christy - ParrotguyExplorerRegarding the loud scrapping noise when closing the large slide out, I had the same problem. The slide moves in evenly and without hesitation, so no problem mechanically. Just a loud noise.
I lifted up the carpet when the slide was open and lubricated every place I was able to get access to.with silicone spray (using the red straw) then went underneath and did the same thing, concentrating on the area where the slide out and coach meet. This eliminated about 95% of the noise - the remaining sound is benign.
Hope this helps. - LobstahExplorerGary,

Jim - ParrotguyExplorerRe: the long slide out topper support bracket - If you read my previous post its a long story but I ended up ordering the whole assembly from Fleetwood (thank God they are still around). The part was actually shipped from Dometic - $145.
Window problem - My dual pane windows are starting to fog up between the panes. It started with the two front windows on each side ( the ones you look through to see the mirrors) but now several other windows are starting to fog. I have been putting up with this but now its getting worse. Obviously they have leaks.
Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? - bricotExplorer

Banks is the tried and true improvement apparently.
I just don't like the premium price just be cause it has that name on it, so I will always look for equivalent or better options. The Ultrapower has worked for most, but if not for you then Banks may be your best option. Stinks you had to mess with it so long, this is the first I've heard of one not working. If you go with one of the Banks kits post your results.
