- dkingdoeExplorerHere's an FYI ... if you've had this problem you probably already know the solution but if not thought I'd share for future reference.
We've had our PA for 1 1/2 years and the monitor panel lights have gone out twice. The first time we took it in of course it was still under warranty, and they said it was just a fuse. We didn't think anymore about it until recently when it happened again. This time it's not in warranty. When I took it in for other things I told them this problem has happened again, and asked them if it's a fuse I want them to show me where it is so I can change it myself the next time it happens.
Well, it was a fuse. But the strange part is that I would never have found it because ... here's the FYI ... the fuse that controls the monitor panel lights also controls the CO2 & LP gas detectors ... go figure!! It's just a 3amp fuse that's labeled LP gas. The fuse box that contains this fuse is located in the outside bin located above the propane tank.
Just sharing my info, and thanks to all who share ... Happy Camping!!! - seatecExplorerGlad we have a happy camper in our midts. J/K

For the gutter over the windshield, take some small U shaped plastic and use double side tape or 5200 to attach it like an eyebrow above the windshield. I believe there is also a commercial product, look for RV Gutter and Windshield on a search engine.
R2Dillon: Thanks for your suggestion about the windshield gutter. I found this link on the internet today for just the product you described.

Meme - Paul_TurpinExplorerThe 2004 does not have a surge protector. I use one that is high and low protection. I have an old one that goes on at the park post but still works. When it goes, I will get a new one that is hard wired in the basement. I never plug in anywhere without it. I seen some bad things happen to a few RV without one.

Are our PAs surge protected? I know the Energy Management System moves power to where it is needed, but, does it offer any low or high surge protection? - jablettExplorerMy EMS went bad on my 2005 and the extended Warranty was what saved me. It is out of date and they don't make the model anymore. I had a surge and the panel went out. You have to replace the hole unit.

Where did you get the fan? I have had to replace one already, but it is too loud.
It was one they gave me at the factory. "Just in case", they said. I have had trouble with fans not working, only one speed, too loud. This is like the eighth or ninth fan.
I would go to a place like Walmart, Camping World, West Marine, or Flying J and buy two good ones. I'm going to swap the two factory cheapies out next week while we are in Quartzsite at the swap meet.
Larry - Paul_TurpinExplorerYou haven't really said what was wrong with your auto levelers. One place you can look at is www.powergearus.com They list a lot of troubleshooting ideas and maintenance tips. One thing they list is how to calibrate the auto leveler switch with the jacks.

we own a 2004 Pace Arrow. We have approx 12,000 miles on it and we bought it new. We are happy with it and have had very little trouble. The biggest being the auto levelers don't usually work right. I have to manually do the job. - R2DillonExplorerFor the gutter over the windshield, take some small U shaped plastic and use double side tape or 5200 to attach it like an eyebrow above the windshield.
