- Paul_TurpinExplorerWe replaced our round table that came with the 37C with I quest you can call it a credenza. You can get a better price and workmanship if you draw up a plan of the credenza and get bids from several cabinet makers in the area. You can mount them yourself to the wall and floor.

Has anyone had experience with removing the dinette in a 37c and installing a credenza? Can a credenza be ordered from Fleetwood? Getting my incorrect awning replaced soon so it looks like we will keep the coach and make a couple of interior changes. - runagroundExplorerI "shaved" the backside of the catch you are talking about. It was too tight and would not go over the screen door piece far enough to fully release the screen door latch unless I pushed it over manually, "shaving" off just enough to let it go over the latch by its self solved the problem.

Papa Mel,
Thanks for your input. I called our local dealer and they had one in stock for $4.49. What you describe is exactly what has been happening. Here's hoping the 'new' part will work better. Maybe the protrusion you mention wasn't long enough on the old part. We'll see.
Thanks again! - dkingdoeExplorerPapa Mel,

Thanks again! - Fyr_guyExplorerseatec, I've had an inverter wired. I had the work done professionally done by a local RV shop. Do a search for pics as I recently put a link to them. It can't be back more than 3-4 pages.
Sandy - seatecExplorerhave any of you wired in an inverter for your 2006 37C?

The part you need can probably be ordered from Sullivan’s RV. Phone 1-800 720-0484 (sullivanrv.com).
Be careful when you install the part and make sure the protrusion on the part completely depresses the button on the latch. This allows the door and the screen door to be opened as one. The reason you had trouble was the latch on the screen door engaged the catch on the doorjamb. You have to make sure the screen door does not engage the catch in any way. The button is the part with the key slot.

I may be dumb here but what is a credenza?
A credenza desk is a desk form usually placed next to a wall, as a secondary work surface to that of another desk. The credenza desk is sometimes flat, like a pedestal desk, but more often than not it has a stack of shelves, small drawers and other nooks, above its main working surface, and is usually called a hutch.
The credenza desk is often used as a computer desk, thus leaving the possibility of keeping the surface of the main desk completely free, when this is required. A computer monitor or a printer or even a simple keyboard on the surface. - Bird_FreakExplorer III may be dumb here but what is a credenza? My wife wants to change ours to a dinette and lose the booth. What color is yours and what are you going to do with it after you take it out?

- dkingdoeExplorerNEED FEEDBACK ... I hope I can explain this so you can get a visual. On MH we are having a problem with the main door and screen door. On several occasions when we go to open the main door (coming in or going out) the screen door latch hangs on the bracket that's mounted on the side and it sounds like we are about the tear the door off. Well, the other day when I went out to the MH ... it happened again and this time when I opened the door the latch broke off...the piece that's mounted to the main door. Now we'll have to get a new one because the screendoor can't be latched to the main door.
Has anyone had this problem and if you found a solution, please share. Thanks in advance!!
