- Fyr_guyExplorerbricot, I guess I don't ubderstand why you would want to do that? The '04 is a 30 amp rig right? What is accomplished by rewirung the ac unit? Enquiring minds want to know...
Sandy - bricotExplorerJust ordered a new backup monitor, decided to go with the stock b/w instead of going with one of the color kits... 1/3 of the price.
Anyone messed with changing the wiring on one of their a/c units so you can directly plug it into a free 20 amp circuit in the pedestal? If so,did you wire it so that you can leave it in line (envisioning a male and female connector so you could leave it in-line and run it as normal, or disconnect and plug it into the pedestal via a short/heavy extension cord) ? - Cathy_JohansenExplorerPaul
Thank you. I just called and made the appointment.

I just had it done at Charlie Echols RV 91 AVE and Grand, Peoria,AZ 623-979-5120. It took them 15 minutes and I was out of there. They are Workhorse service center and no charge.

I am curious about replacing that clip on the fuel rail pulse damper. Is there a lot of pressure or can one person hold it down while removing and installing the clip? Is there a way to reduce the pressure? Does the pressure dissipate during storage, and how long?

Mel - Fyr_guyExplorerSo... in absence of said tool, your advice would be to take the rig in as it's not doable?
- Bird_FreakExplorer IIThere is a fitting on the fuel rail to check the pressure with a fuel gauge. Thats were we do it but we have all of the equipment.
- Fyr_guyExplorerBird, how would one do that?

If you are going to change the clip yourself be advised the fuel pulse damper you are going to replace it on is under pressure and you must relieve it before pulling the clip. - Cathy_JohansenExplorerFyr guy
Thanks for the info.
