I think the King bed is causing the issue. I don't think I have seen one in a bunk model. Just looked at a Tiffen Red and the King is available on all models except the bunk.

A friend just bought a 2013 Tiffin Phaeton with king bed and two bunks. Be warned that getting to the back or bathroom with the slides in requires you to be very thin as the bunks were shoehorned into a floorplan that had more room before adding the bunks.

If you could go a bit longer you might want to look at the Forest River Berkshires. They run about 39 feet and have most, if not all, of the amenities you are seeking.

You should specify if you are looking at gas or diesel. If you are looking for gas then you might want to check out the Georgetown which is also a Forest River brand.
