I might have missed it, but are you looking for new or used? Does it matter? Do you have an approximate budget range for your purchase? Or is money no object?
AJR, what's wrong with a window over the headboard of the bed? We have one on our Class A and I love it. So nice on those nights when we have the windows open and a nice breeze is a-blowin'. :) Of course, we have another window on the opposite side of the rig to facilitate the process.
