There are places on the Net and locally that can custom sew a mattress sheet for you. Pretty much any seamstress can do this after getting measurements.
I'm curious how you like that "A", and what problems you have encountered. It is on my fairly short list of vehicles I'm considering, just because of the size and use of space inside.
