Dealer as usual is high.......so work on that price.
New tires/new water heater/new awning......so what, not a selling point...they were needed!
One of my concern would be having the opportunity to check out ALL the systems.....being WI.
Water to check water pump function, fire off water heater, check toilet operation....look for signs of leaks.
Definitely have AC power to check fridge on AC and other AC components.
Have propane to check fridge on propane....run furnace
Turn on stove top and oven.
As for Ford Chassis and V-10...no experience so hopefully some one with knowledge will chime in.
Don't be afraid to walk.........lots of RVs for sale.
