I had good experiences at that dealership. . They do try to make you buy today.. fwiw. I ended up buying from a private party
My first thought is will someone in your family be comfortable sleeping on the dinette bed? Most are not very long.
I think when push comes to shove the price will come down. They offered me a heck of a deal on my trade-in.
I would want to see the date codes on the two older tires. On second thought, all new tires should be part of the deal. Putting them on the inside of the duals gives me a big red flag. Also what brand of new tires did they put on? You can read more about tires on this site.
What manuals and service documents come with the coach?
What are the capacities of the three holding tanks? Bigger is always better. Are they heated?
What is the tow capacity? Most folks end up towing something to get groceries or for looking around the neighborhood. I should mention that towing hardware is not cheap.
One other thought, I would make sure the coach is warm before inspecting all systems and buying. They have the room to do that. Lord knows it is way to cold around here.
