AJR, thank you. You bring up good points. As far as sleeping on the dinette table, we have an older daughter and two younger twin girls who often sleep together on their twin size bed even though they have their own rooms, so they would do just fine on the dinette table bed.
I was also curious about the tires, why not just replace all six instead of only four. Thanks to these posts my original list of items to inspect and question is growing. Thanks for the great advice.
By the way, how was your experience with buying from a private seller? I have always bought all of my vehicles from dealers so I have no experience with private sellers. On RV Trader I have found some nice RVs for sale from private sellers but I am hesitant because I have no experience with this.
