This IMHO helps as the thermostat is 12 v and when you flip the "salesman switch" - usually right at the front door and easily flipped when exiting - indicating that we have lost 12v power somewhere.

All the simple fixes have been suggested - GFI - Reset the Inverter and the transfer switch.

Check the panel to see if a breaker flipper. If that is not the case then time to get out the tester and isolate the issue.

Be sure to report back - always good to find out what it is.

I HATE the term "salesman switch". There is NO such item on RV's. It is a 12 volt DISCONNECT switch. I do not know where that term came about. To the OP, Since you have no 12 volt power, check your 12 volt DISCONNECT switch. IF it has been accidently turned off you will get no 12 volt power AND, if you have an Intellitec type EMS(power management system for certain 120 circuits), that will be dead also as it requires 12 volts to operate. What year/model/brand RV do you have? Doug

If equipped with a 2000w Xantrex inverter, check the circuit breakers on it. The lower breaker on ours will trip with too much load without tripping any breakers in the circuit breaker panel. When tripped it will take AC power out to the, front TV, 110 power at the dash, entertainment cabinet, 2 kitchen outlets, microwave, front GFI outlet, and bath GFI. In other words almost everything on the passenger side of the RV. All 12v, roof systems, furnaces, refrigerator, water heater, bedroom entertainment center and washer/dryer still work. Only the lower breaker on the inverter has ever tripped, don't even know what is controlled by the upper breaker.
