Perhaps it is a double pole relay and you only jumpered two contacts instead of all of them that would normally be energized..

Bypassing the salesman switch ONLY checks the switch itself. That switch usually powers a RELAY that have been known to fail on several occasions. Find the relay, which should be with your other 12 volt circuits, and looking at the relay itself for a wiring diagram and then run a jumper across the contacts that would normally be energized by the relay.

That could be a separate issue and might be a GFI outlet that tripped. The 12 volt issue is different.

Please verify what powers the washing machine since it seems that most of your other problems are 12 volt issues..Since all of your outlets are working, this rules out the inverter/charger.
With nothing changing with the generator running, that seems to rule out the transfer switch and main breaker.
Depending on the washing machine, this seems to be a 12 volt issue, which is probably a fuse somewhere.

No when running Generator nothing changes
