You can sell it yourself and get a good price if you do the following.
With the low miles I would clean it in side and out I mean really clean it! Floors carpet fridge and bath. Polish the wheels armoral the tires wax the cab and make sure the windows are spotless. Use craiglist for your area but more important find a place to park it with a big 4 sale sign. There are a lot small businesses on the first and main lot that will let you park it there. It may cost you 50 a week or just a pizza each week.
A well laid out accessory package (all new) should be included it all fits in a Homer bucket from HD.
sewer hose, fittings,water hose with fittings filter etc.
Buy a nice file box and itemize all info on the coach by system in the box.
Practice two walk throughs,,one for experienced rv buyers one for newbies. Do these practise runs several times.
If you fill your head with "I want myself and the buyer to get a win here"
