Lost reverse for a moment, F53 -V 10 5 speed
I lost reverse backing into a tight camping site. Backed in very slow as much as I could, pulled up to go strait back and no reverse. It would go into "R" but would not go back or rev up on gas pedd...

Thanks for info. no ck eng. light, or I would have connected my scanner, I moved the shift lever several times but nothing also the throttle would not work when I steped on the gas. after turning of the ign. in park and re starting all was fine. I could scan for codes but I don't think there would be any without a light. I'll check with ford, see if they know any thing about this. Thanks again
