Low gear appears to be gone..

From what I have heard about AAMCO is that the only thing they will say is that their tests show that your entire transmission is worn out and must be rebuilt/replaced.
If possible try to find a local shop with a mechanic that will actually trouble shoot the transmission and find your problem.

The local Transmission shop that that good feedback has closed so I may have to take it to AAMCO. If it is a Transmission Solenoid that is at fault how much is that type of repair?

I believe he means the chassis battery and whatever he believes did not happen as he posts I can guarantee you that

Its your rig and your money but to me its pointless to just flush and service as it WILL NOT SOLVE your no low gear.

read previous posts takes off in second gear no matter drive or low select according to the OP
