I would go with a higher end DP BUT the engines are not million mile in most DPs. A Cat 3126 putting out 330 HP often gives up around 350K miles. The Cummins 8.3 at 350 HP will usually make it to 500K. Even at 210HP, neither of these engines will make it to 1 million, not that it makes any difference in a MH.
I would be concerned about the wear and tear if it's a entry level DP with that many miles... less so if higher up the food chain.
