Give us your budget so that better suggestions can be made. IMHO, the condition of the house and the floor plan would be much bigger considerations for MH's newer than 1999. For your usage, I would much rather have a 2005-2008 gas MH from Winny, Newmar, or Tiffin than a pre-2000 DP.
