Low temps ahead
It looks like it may get down to 19F. Should I put a heat lamp under my ERA (Sprinter) to keep my fresh water tank from freezing? Too hot?

Makes good sense. For some reason I was thinking you were storing the vehicle.
One thing I have done when it gets cold is to drain the fresh water tank and use a blue 5 gal. water container that has a spigot. This has been necessary when camping without 110 power.
