LP GAS ISSUE

Kink in line would be my first guess If you switch tanks is it the same?

I would look at the propane safety shut off. It is shutting off the propane for a reason. Leak or a malfunction in the propane detector.

IT'S A CLASS A DIESEL WITH A SINGLE TANK. CHECKED THE LINES FOR KINKS. TANK IS FULL. I'LL CHECK THE SHUT OFF. WOULD IT RESET AND COME BACK ON BY ITS SELF?

Do you have a remote fill shut off?
Slight residual LP in lines could be what you are experiencing.
Could be defective regulator.

Understand on the caps - just lazy. No remote fill shut off. Just changed the regulator. I'm thinking that maybe the tank shut off valve is faulty. There is a little slack in the knob.

Are there thermocouplers on the stove??

No thermocouples.

Look next to the regulator for an LP shut off solenoid. The LP detector could be shutting the fuel off if equipped.

You've pretty much ruled out a defective regulator and a pinched line.

One possibility is your tank contains butane, not propane, which stops "boiling" at about 32 degrees. Butane works fine in the summer, but not so well in cold weather. LP gas has to turn from a liquid to a gas (boil) for it to be available at the appliance. Propane boils down to a way down below "0".

Several vendors in the south sell butane or a mixture of butane and propane. You may have used all of your propane up and now only butane is left.

Along the floor some where in the kitchen is a propane detector and shut off switch. Turn it on and after the air works out of the line everything on LP will work.
