Propane systems are notorious for gathering moisture and causing rust to form on internal metal parts, too. If the carb hasn't been cleaned/rebuilt then it might be time for that. If it can't be cleaned/rebuilt, you might have to replace the carb. Of course, it could be as simple as a stopped up orifice. As Vulcan says, check the plug first...that'll only cost you a few bucks to see if it's the problem. Oh, and are you sure you have plenty of propane and that the valve is turned on all the way? Not to oversimplify the problem, but since you let somebody else use it, they could have turned off the valve. Please post what you find!
