LP vs. gasoline. New generator in old Motorhome.

Hello, I have a 1996 Southwind. At the end of the season last year, my 22 year old Onan bit the dust. I believe the alternator bit the dust. Luckily, there is an Onan repair center just a few miles...

stay with GAS
the Onan does not affect your drive engine fuel mileage
it still gets what it always has
using the genny for A/C while driving, just uses fuel from the tank, so the fill up takes more

i have an LP Onan in the Safari,
and if you need the A/C you can expect to eat the LP in your frame mounted LP tank in just a couple of days

that 75 gallon Gasoline tank will last a lot longer under sustained use
