Looks like mine 2003 (f-350) sort of except I have 4 big holes in wheel instead of many little ones...But wanted to relay when I was looking up torque I found out there is 2 or 3 torque values for different lug nuts and all OEM by the way and all 2003. Yes, all 20-30 pounds within each other but you want to get exact same thing IMO. If you pull of another (maybe different wheel) in little tiny letters on outside rim near the inside edge you might see some small numbers stamped in, maybe 30 font size (real small) that was my torque value..at least on the ones I have. Or maybe spare is kept in place by same type?
You would think they could afford bigger numbers!
