Check with a local NAPA store, they should stock it or can order it in very fast.

I have tighten THOUSANDS of lug nuts on semi trailers, supervised 3 shops in two different states. None of the shops had/used a torque wrench!
The old joke is-
"You want them as tight as they will go and then three more turns!".
