M H will not start

A friend has a 2006 Monaco 400 HP that will not start. They are in FL and need to leave.
It seems like the ignition switch because he has checked the batteries and are good. when he turns the switch it does nothing. The dash lights come on but the headlights do not light.
He has checked the battery sw and is on.
Took ignition sw out and can't see anything wrong.
Is there a relay between the batt. sw. and the ignition sw.?
What other steps to diagnose problem?

    Yes there is a relay and you can hear it click when you push the battery switch.
    First put a battery charger on the rig and see if maybe the battery may be low and cannot make the switch work.
    There should also be a way to get the house batteries to help start the rig.
