It appears that the overwhelming majority of opinions is that you should certainly buy one. The science is sound and the testimonials are all written my by highly respected researchers that have tested this product for 7 years.
That doesn't ring any bells all by itself?
All these magic magnet fixes for fuel and water is folklore, and magnets used to cure who knows what is homeopathic therapy at best. There has never been any independent research backing up these claims that haven't been financed by these clowns.
Unless you can cite Livermore Labs, Underwriters Lab, any research University not supported by either side, etc., it seems case closed to me unless the OP just likes to buy novelty junk
