Magnum Energy LCD Monitor Display

Do the lights come on? If not, perhaps the cable has been disconnected by accident?

Just wondering, are you speaking of the actual "Remote" controller for your Magnum Inverter/charger? If so, you'll more than likely have to order up one or, run down to whatever kind of RV/Inverter supplier you have near you and see what they have.
