hahaha stan you crack me up :) Yes, indeed you guys hijacked it but I really appreciate it. I had the worst day today trying to find out how much I qualified at the bank for a loan. I went to three of them and it was like each time I was met with someone incompetent and 21 years old - like i was their FIRST customer! Anyway, it was a mess and I'm not any closer to knowing how much I qualify for. It seems that the Majestic is hard to find in NADA so that takes a lot of time - and the MSRP they are getting are all different at each branch.
I don't think I'd need solar as you guys said - because I'd be driving all the time - i'd be touring so there would be at least some time driving every day - sometimes it could be a LOT of driving - but dry camping is prob not something I'd do that much - and if i find I do - I can upgrade to solar pannels.
Thanks Darrah for letting me know about the generator running of gas. Forgive me for being an idiot but... does that mean that it uses gas to run? Its fueled by gas - how does that effect MPG? I could be totally wrong here and misunderstanding ( us musicians, we arent too bright) - so help a gal out and clarify if you can.
Last but not least - I wonder if you two ( stan and Darrah) might know how I would handle buying a vehicle out of state - meaning, when you do that - do you have to register it and get the title switched over while actually physically present in your home state? I'm looking at purchasing the vehicle in NV and I live in NJ - and I'd like to drive it on tour for a month - taking my time and booking a ton of gigs on the ride home. But is that do-able? Or do you think I'd only get a small grace period and then have to have in it NJ - like ASAP to register. I've never bought a car out of state so I wasnt sure how this worked.
